Biography

Jack was born in 1909. He was the child of Herbert Lake and Fanny Crawford.

Jack, along with his brothers and sisters, sailed for Canada with their father, Herbert Lake, on the S.S. Montrose on May 18, 1926. They arrived at the port of Montreal, Quebec on May 26, 1926.[1]
