Biography

When Madge Louise Lakey was born on December 17, 1908, in Council, Idaho, her father, Jacob, was 42, and her mother, Charlotte, was 31. She married Rolla Ray Spencer in 1929 in Oregon. They had two children during their marriage. She died in 1957 in Coos Bay, Oregon, at the age of 49.
