Biography

Mary Gwendoline Lamb was born in 1885 the 8th child of Thomas and Jane Lamb. Her father was a farmer and Methodist Preacher in the Fishguard Nevern area of North Pembrokeshire. Mary can be found on the 1891 census for Nevern, living at home with her parents. Mary can also be found on the 1901 census for that area living at the family home. But beyond that point in time Mary is hard to track down. There is the possibility that she married either Joseph Richards or Robert Seeley. But until further research is done, and more information is available, we have to put a temporary halt to the search. Both candidates will have to wait until the 1922 census is out before the mater can be cleared up unless someone sheds light on the matter. Because the information that is available is not enough to clearly identify either candidate as Mary M Lamb. 1939 Registration 1.
