Charles E. Lamb, 71, of 14 Care St., Lower Paxton Twp., died Sunday in Community General Osteopathic Hospital. He was retired from the U.S. government and Fruehauf Corp.; an Army veteran of World War II; and a member of Linglestown American Legion Post 272 and the National Rifle Association. Surviving are his wife, Mildred E. Lamb; a son, Kenneth E. Van Slyke of Jacksonville, Fla.; a daughter, Katherine D. Bonitz of Harrisburg; a stepdaughter, Bertha Craig of Halifax; four grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
