I had Joshua as the father of Henry Lamb. I have since seen convincing research that he is not Henry's father. In Marshall Styles' book on the descendants of Elizabeth and Henry Lamb he shows no known parents for Henry and discusses the often-seen purported connections between Henry and the Roxbury Lambs. He states that he has found no evidence to support such a connection. I have disconnected Joshua and wife Mary Alcock from Henry. - Fred Remus

Looks like a lot of confusion resulted from mergers, Joshua's will only mentions his wife, Mary, and two sisters as family. I did have Henry listed as only son, but can't find a reference.

Children are a mess! According to the dates given, he fathered these four children when he was ca. 8, 11, 12, and 14 years old. Also, who is Henry? Read under heading "Biography."
