Biography
In the 1880 census, Mary is listed as having paralysis as well as being categorized as insane and crippled.
Mary's birthdate moves all over the place on the census so it was very hard for me to determine her birthdate and determine if she was mother of all of Hugh's children. Only two of Hugh's children had death certificates: one listing her name as Mary Lamb and the other reporting that they did not know her name. I am putting her as the mother of all children unless I see proof otherwise.
