We ended the Magna Carta Project affiliate scheme some time ago, which means a sticker on your profile should be deleted. You will see there is an error indication on it. Thank you for having expressed interest in the Project. Michael Cayley, co-Leader, Magna Carta Project

Hi Chris! I'm reviewing the responses to the January 2021 checkin for the US Southern Colonies Project & I don't see that you responded. We conducted it via the Discussion Google Group, which it appears that you never joined (not sure how that happened... I was told that all project members were added to that group). It also seems that you have not joined a team either - one of the two participation requirements of the re-launched US Southern Colonies Project. The other is to respond to the 6-month checkins. If you reply to this comment, that will take care of that requirement. If you'll send me a private message with the Team(s) you'd like to join, that will take care of the other one. See Space: US Southern Colonies Teams for the list. Thanks!

Hi Christopher,

As you may have seen, we have been doing some restructuring in the US Southern Colonies Project and are now organising ourselves into different teams. We have also changed the criteria for membership. Please have a look at the new project pages, and let me know whether you would like to remain in the project and, if so, which team(s) you would like to be in.

Please can you also send me your e-mail address. I can then make sure you are introduced to your Team Leaders and are in the Google Group.

Please note that it is a requirement for membership in the US Southern Colonies Project that you respond to these check-ins. We’re really excited for the future of the project and hope that you decide to be a part of it with us moving forwards.

Many thanks,

Susie, US Southern Colonies Project Co-Leader

Christopher thanks for the message. Here is one of the posts for Southern Pioneers.

Southern Pioneers from g2g

This is the Project page https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Southern_Pioneers

This is David Douglas' post on g2g Southern Pioneers g2g post

In my description, I describe it as for the pioneer families after 1783.

That would be a good question to ask David or Paula (the leaders) on g2g.

Hi Christopher,

On behalf of the US Southern Colonies Project leaders, I am doing a six-month check-in with members to see what aspects of the project interest them most.

1) We would like to learn the number of contributions you have made in the last two months (May and April) to Southern Colonies?

2) We would like to know if you have joined other Southern Colonies Subprojects, such as Southern Pioneers Project. Or have you worked on other subprojects?

3) Your activity in Southern Pioneers Project.

I look forward to hearing from you.

So I got it figured out, You are related to beldsoes, but so far back its not funny.

the funny thing is the bledsoes settled next to BLOUNTS, and thats who this lady is a BLOUNT Verdun-12

this is very strange to look into a pot of history soup and see the ingredients.

but your family is tied to the settling of Kentucky I just haven't found that yet.

Here is the BLEDSOES

looks like your DNA and My DNA go to KY.

the part of the tree your related to is beyond that point, but they had to come from the same area as the Bledsoe or the Boone family in ky. this is AU confirmed to Jemima Boones maybe profile! on my side. I will run you against this bunch and find the truth now. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Anderson-4736

this maybe Boones Daughter.
