Phoebe was born in 1845. She is the daughter of William Lamb and Elizabeth Batley. [1] She was christened on 22 January 1845 at Silkstone, Yorkshire.[2]

Phoebe married George Cooper on 27 October 1863 at Silkstone, Yorkshire.[3]

The date of her death is not known.

Before Phoebe was born her brother, George Lamb, died in the Huskar Colliery disaster on 4 July 1838.
