John Lamb was married on 25 July 1701 in All Hallows Parish, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, to Elizabeth Belt.^[1] She was the widow of John Belt

John Lamb and Elizabeth had one child, Margaret who was baptized at All Hallows Parish on 14 December 1703.

John Lamb wrote his will in Anne Arundel County on 27 December 1714 and it was proved on 14 June 1715.^[2]
