Biography

Arthur Lamb was born in 1900 in Scotland. He was the son of James Lamb.^[1]

Arthur Lamb emigrated from Scotland to New York, United States in 1923, on board the Columbia.^[1] He was later naturalised as a US citizen in 1939 at Cleveland, Ohio.^[2]

In the 1930 US census, Arthur Lamb was age 29 living at Cleveland City, Cuyahoga, Ohio as a boarder in the household of Leslie Grant, a 27 year-old from Canada.^[3].

Arthur Lamb married Florence M Craig in 1936. They do not appear to have had any children.

In the 1940 US census, Arthur Lamb was age 39 living at Cleveland City, Cuyahoga, Ohio with his wife Florence Lamb and Florence's mother Emily D Craig (61).^[4].

Arthur died in 1978 age 77 at Strongsville, Cuyahoga, Ohio.^[5] He was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Cleveland.^[6].
