Biography
Alice's birth was registered in the Jul-Aug-Sep quarter of 1851 in the Easington district.[1] In the 1861 census Alice (age 9), Scholar, was the daughter of Thomas Lamb in Thornley, Durham, England.[2]
Alice (age 20), daughter of Thomas Lamb, married George Oswald (age 21) on 12 March 1871 in Shadforth, Durham, England.[3][4] In the 1881 census Alice (age 29) was the wife of George Oswald in Cooper Terrace, Thornley, Durham, England.[5]
