Eleanor was born around 1851 in Hoxton, an area in the London Borough of Hackney, England. As a part of Shoreditch, it is often considered to be part of the East End, Greater London, Middlesex, England[1]. Her father was Engineer, George (Lambert) and her mother isn't known.
Eleanor "Helena" (Lambert) marries Thomas George (Wilson) between October and December 1874 in the Town of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (aka Newcastle), Metropolitan Borough of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, situated on the River Tyne's northern bank, approximately 8.5 mi (13.7 km) from the North Sea, in Northumberland, England[2].
It is unclear whether Thomas and Eleanor had any children.

Married in the Parish Church according to the Rites and Ceremonies of the Established Church after Banns, by me, James Hewetson. This Marriage was solemnized between us, George Edward Boorman and Eleanor Wilson her X in the Presence of us, Samuel Killby and Ellen Killby[4].
It seems Eleanor "Helena" (Lambert) wasn't a widow at the time of her marriage to George Edward (Boorman). By the Census of 1881, Thomas George was recording himself as being unmarried and an Engineer's Agent. Thomas George (Wilson) passes away in 1909.
The 1891 Census heralds the fact that George Edward (Boorman) has married Eleanor "Helena" (Lambert/Wilson). They are living at Heath Street, in the Hamlet of Mile End Old Town, East End of London, London Borough of Stepney, London & Middlesex, England. They reside their with George's children William Bird David and Mary Ann and his and Eleanor's daughter, Helena (Boorman)[5]. By 1901, most of the children have left home, except for James George and Helena (Boorman). Boarder and widower, John (Lyon) is also living with them and they are still at 10 Heath Street, in the Hamlet of Mile End Old Town[6]. The family have moved with the Census of 1911. George and Eleanor "Helena" (Lambert/Wilson) live with their daughter, Helena (Boorman) at 5 Parkers Row, in the District of Bermondsey, Southeast London, London Borough of Southwark, Bermondsey Parish, St. Olave Bermondsey District, London & Surrey, England[7].
Eleanor (Ellen L) "Helena" (Lambert) passes away between October and December in 1925 in the District of Greenwich, the Metropolitan Borough of Greenwich in the County of London, England. She was 74 years of age at the time of her death. Her surname is misspelt as "Burman" on the Record[8].
