On the 11 July 1838 Martha Hodgson married Francis Day, a cattle Jobber, both lived a Back George Street. Her father is correctly listed as William Lambert who occupation was a clogger. A Clogger made wooden shoes "clogs" - in England they were usually leather with thick wooden soles.
