Gertrude married John Bancker (1796 - 1864), son of Johannes Bancker and Annatje (Ouderkerk) Bancker, of Schenectady, NY.
Children of Gertrude and John are:
John H. Bancker, born July 20, 1820 married, Sept. 13, 1839, Jane S. Wilcox. He engaged in the cigar business and lived in Schenectady and finally in Auburn, N. Y. His wife died Feb. 14, 1895, and he died Nov. 21, 1896. He had no children, but adopted a girl, Gertrude J., who married Vedder Bath of Alplans, N. Y.
David C, Bancker, born October 20. 1822, married, Ann R. Smith. He was a building contractor in New York City.
Gertrude J. Bancker born November 3. 1826 and died June 12, 1849. Gertrude married Jacob Frank and is buried in the Vale Cemetery in Schenectady New York, in the same plot as her parents.
William J. Bancker, born September. 25. 1835, married, Ella Clayton. He was a building contractor and lived in Freehold, N. J.
Alida Ann, born October 7, 1837, married, Jan. 21. 1858, John J. Hart, who was bom May 5, 1836. a son of Lawrence Hart and Genevieve Noble.
Charles N. Bancker, born January 17, 1842, married, Aug. 7, 1867, Martha J. Coleman, and had four children. He was a building contractor in New York City.
