Emitte Verlin Lambert was born 17 September 1934 in Kingsport, Sullivan County, Tennessee, USA. He was the son of John Milton Lambert and Julia Mae Ramey. His older siblings were:

On 13 Dec 1988, Emitte Verlin Lambert (54) died at Alamance County Hospital in Burlington from metastatic, recurrent leiomyoblastima of intestine. Other significant conditions contributing to his death were gastrointestinal bleeding and thrombophleblitis. He was married to Margaret Crawford, worked as a cable former of electrical components manufacturing, resided at 1804 S Mebane Street in Burlington, was white, and high school graduate. He was born 17 Sep 1934 in Kingsport and the son of John Melton and Julia Ramey Lambert. The informant of his death was Kathy Forbes of Graham, North Carolina.
