Malcolm was born in 1847. He was the son of Ewen Lamont and Sarah Mcpherson. He passed away in 1928. Malcolm Lamont was born July 25 1848, son of Ewen Lamont and Sarah Macpherson. According to the PEI census, he was a coach maker of Dundee. He died Dec 4 1928 in Dundee PEI age 80 years, married March 1 1879, Jessie Gillis d/o William Gillis and Christina Macleod of the Kendrom Macleods. William was s/o John Gillis and Catherine Nicholson emigrants from Skye in 1803, and Christina was d/o Roderick Macleod of the Kendroms and Miss Mackenzie, also 1803 emigrants). Jessie died July 7 1938 age 88 years.
