How are you? My name is Sally Stovall, a WikiTree Mentor. Hope you're enjoying our site. Our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person, so please make sure to look for duplicates on WikiTree before adding a profile. Having dates and locations attached to every person assists in our mission as well - if you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info.
Check out How To Use WikiTree. It's a great step-by-step guide to get you started.
And I'm here to help too, just ask!

that was before i found this site too….i am really hoping i can find some family on here that can hopefully provide more than just dates….more stories! history! i want to know more than just when someone was born, died and their names….i want to know where they came from, what they did, how many children did they have. see pictures if there are any. i'm just really wanting to see where we came from. we have recently found out on my dad's side that we are indian, and i look the furthest thing from what I've ever "thought" an indian looks like. that's not meant negative in any way, but its got me wandering, well where did i come from? what should i look like? i now know way way way back switzerland, germany then emigrated to us! on my grandpas side. cool. i never knew this before.

You are now a member of WikiTree! Please help us build one Collaborative Global Family Tree, which means only one profile per person. It's important that no duplicates are created and profiles are properly sourced- if you have pre-1700's ancestors to add please read our Pre-1700 profiles info.

I'm looking for info on all sides of my family…but have just begun! luckily my maternal grandparents did a lot of digging for me in the 80's on both their sides of the families way back, so i have a lot of info from them. I would also be more than willing to help anyone on any side of any of my families. i intend to dig into all sides of mine and then start in on hubbys and possibly ex hubbys too. my children are also really interested, well, the oldest two, my baby (12) not so much, but my other two 16 and 21 are very interested as well. so, I'm more than willing to share all my info i dig up with any side of family i find it from. i got back to 1700 last night. my gparents only got to 1800! this is fun! i only went on one side too! i have more info to go back more on more fam!

You clicked on the volunteer button indicating that you would like to collaborate and add information. If that’s correct please leave another comment here on your profile, about how you intend to contribute. If you would like a few days to decide, that is fine as well - leave a message when you’re ready. If you are just looking for family or other researchers working on the same names as yours, you are welcome to do this as a guest. Hilary
