The biography for Roxanne Landry is empty. What can you add?
I was born Roseanne Marie Delagard at birth but there was misinformation regarding who my biological father was. I applied to correct the information after DNA proved my mother's ex-husband wasn't my father. As a result, my original birth record was cancelled and permanently closed.
In 2012, I had my mother re-register my birth under the name Roxanne Mariska Rose Landry. Please note that my biological father is not mentioned in my record. Instead of registering me under Roseanne Marie Landry, I decided to take the name my mother originally wanted to give me.
DNA results with my bio father's oldest son proved paternity.

PS Thanks for your contributions so far! Please do return to the profiles you create to add more biographical details and sources -- this is the best way to create an interesting, accurate, and well-rounded story of your family. The easiest way to find info and sources is to use the handy RootsSearch link on the right side of any profile. Use your WikiTree login to access over 20 websites. Once you find a correct source, copy and paste the citation info and add it to the profile. Learn more about sources here. Also, you may be interested in checking out the resources of the Canada project or you can find other projects that suit other areas of your research.
I wanted to add parents that I don't have birth or death dates for at the moment but would like to add them. Without the dates the program won't allow me to add them.

Sorry to hear you are feeling frustrated with the site.
While it's preferred that you have basic info for a person before creating their profile, you can create the profile with appropriate dates, either about or before/ after dates. You can use the birth date of their child to estimate the date, for example. You can use the rootsearch tool to find a source to estimate the date on.
If there is a specific profile you need help with, let me know. You can also post a question to the G2G forum, to get more assistance. https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/ask
Drop me a note if I can help!
Peggy
Thanks for signing the Honor Code! I hope you discover as much about your family as I have about mine over the last several years.
Check out the How-to pages for some quick tips on working with both the Wiki pages and our other members. There is some great information on those pages.
Adoptees: How to Set Up Your Profile is a WikiTree help page specifically designed for new members who indicate they are adoptees, however I think the same would work for you. It is also helpful for non-adopted members who have adoptees in their family tree. The page includes links to more resources, like our Adoption Angels Project, basic search techniques, information on DNA, etc.
If you have questions about how WikiTree works, let me know and I will try to find answers. This can sometimes take a little time, so please be patient. To contact me, please log in to WikiTree and go to your profile. Use the ‘Reply’ link below my comment to be sure I will be notified.
