1790 lived in Waterbury, New Haven, Connecticut with wife and son, Joshua.

Early army recruit - post-Revolutionary War. Private in Price's Battalion, Kentucky Mounted Volunteers, under command of Captain George Frazer, commanded by Major General Charles Scott. 1810 lived in Casey County, Kentucky with wife and 8 children: Daniel, male over 45 yrs, Rachel, female over 45 yrs, son under 10 yrs, 2 daughters under 10 years, 3 sons ages 10-15 yrs., 2 daughters ages 10-15 yrs, 2 sons ages 16-25 yrs, 1 daughter aged 16-25 yrs.

My best information is that Daniel is buried in a grave whose marker has deteriorated in the Lane family's cemetery in Casey County Ky.

According to the book "The Forgotten Past, Cemeteries of the Forkland Community" published in 2004, this cemetery is called the Lane Cemetery II. The description is as follows: This cemetery is located on Lane's branch on a hill on land owned by the Cannon family [in 1974]. This little valley called Lane's Branch at one time was home for 11 families and 73 people. It is now deserted with no houses, only untended land and a few barns. This cemetery is unique in that it had neat rows of pine trees that were set by Frank Lane many years ago. These trees tower many feet in the air and are more than 16 inches in diameter. Some of the trees have blown down and have covered the tombstones. DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Daniel by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Daniel:
