Amelia Ernestine Lange was born on Prussia in 1838, the daughter of Karl Lange. She was married in 1856 to Johann Augaust Westphal. She passed away at Minnesota in 1902.

From FAG entry (edited): "Emilie was the daughter of Charles Lange and Unknown. She married August Johann Westphal in Germany in about 1856. They came to the United States in about 1864, first going to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and then to Hennepin county in about 1866, settling in Corcoran. They moved to Traverse county in about 1881 until her death. They had 13 children.."
