Rosa Langford was born on May 6, 1882 in Texas. She was the daughter of Perry D. Langford and Mary H. Winters. Rosa married Samuel Houston "Hoss" Sneed. She passed away on Feb 11, 1967 in Nolan County Texas and was laid to rest in Decker Cemetery in Nolan County Texas.[1]
