Absolom Langston was a Virginia colonist.

Absalom's wife (Christian / Christine Bennett) was his maternal grandmother's brother's daughter, so they were cousins; Christian Bennett was also sister to his brother Solomon's wife, Sarah Bennett.

Absolom was born in 1730. He was the son of John Langston III and Mary Agnes (Mangum) Langston. ABT 1732 in Nansemond Co., Virginia, 1732, Isle of Wight Co, Virginia Colony[1]

Military Service Event: 1754 in Granville Co., North Carolina, USA.[2]

Property: 21 May 1772 in South Carolina Co.. Craven Co., Land grant for 450 acres[3][4]

Absolom died on about Sept 1783.[1][5]
