In 1901, he is registered as Henry Langston, boarder, single, aged 29, employed as a commercial agent, born in Beckley, Oxon and residing at 23 Church Street, Lydney, Gloucestershire[7]
Between July-September 1904, Henry Thomas Langston married Edith Mary Mason (1875-1963) in Nottingham.[8]
In 1911, he is registered as Henry Langston, visitor, aged 40, amrried for 6 years with one child still living, traveller medicine agent drugs, away, born in Beckley, Oxon, living at XXX with his wife Edith Mary Langston (visitor, 36) and daughter Elsie Edith Langston (visitor, 5), both born in Nottingham.[9]
Between 1914-1920 Henry Thomas Langstone is enlisted as a Transport Warrant Officer Class 2 with the Royal Army Service Corps, Regiment Number S 24926.[10]
In 1920, one Henry Thomas Langstone is registered with the West Hackney Polling District as living on 1 Norfolk Road
In 1939, aged 68, he is living in Langstone Cottage, Beckley, retired and incapacitated, living with wife Edith.[11]
He died on 4 December 1939 at Langston Cottage in Beckley, Oxford.
Probate of 16 February 1940 states: "Henry Thomas Langston otherwise Henry of Langston Cottage Beckley Oxford died 4 December 1939 Probate London 16 February 1940 to Edith Mary Langston widow. Effects £1079 2s.[12]
