John was born in 1839. He was the son of Jacob Langworthy and Cornelia Love.
He married 25 Dec 1864 Malvina Sinclair, w/child;
- Mary, b.20 Aug 1847, d.19 Mar 1937, m. Charles J. Anderson 1869-1932.
He passed away in 1896.
