Biography

Robert was born about 1760, but it's unclear where. Prior to 1777, the area that would be the Vermont Republic was territory under claim by both New Hampshire and New York. He could have been born there in 1762, but what to call it? Alternately, he could have been born in Connecticut, before his parents left there for Vermont. He passed away about 1828, probably in Vermont, and probably in Addison County.

He married with six children;

Franklin, died early in life
Hannibal, died early in life.

Mary, m. Robinson, lived in Arkon, Oh.
