Mary C. Peachey, 79, 744 Stracks Dam Rd., Myerstown, died Friday, March 4, 2005 in her residence. She was the wife of the late Thomas Y. Peachey.

She was born in Lancaster County on November 6, 1925, a daughter of the late John L. and Agnes Morrison Lantz. She was a member of the Old Order Amish.

She is survived by stepchildren, Lydia, wife of Alvin Wengerd, Mifflintown, John Peachey, NY, Lizzie, wife of Eli Stoltzfus, Lebanon, Fannie Swarey, Spring Run, David and wife, Mary Peachey, Newmanstown, Ben and wife, Leah Peachey, Myerstown, Sadie, wife of Ben Swarey, Peach Bottom, Mary Lantz, Myerstown, Annie, wife of Jacob Lapp, Newmanstown, Arie, wife of Gideon Fisher, Myerstown; 74 step-grandchildren; 227 step-great grandchildren and 15 step-gt. gt. grandchildren. She was preceded in death by step-sons, Urie Peachey and Daniel Peachey.

Funeral Services will be Monday, 9:00 AM from the home of Ben Peachey, 744 Stracks Dam Rd., Myerstown. Viewing will be from the time of this notice until the funeral. Clauser Funeral Home is handling arrangements.^[1]
