This profile is part of the Lapham Name Study.

Paulina Lapham was born 13 Jan 1789(sic - likely 1783 see research note) in Danby, Rutland, Vermont, the daughter of Nathan Lapham & Elizabeth (Arnold) Lapham She married Oliver Keese.[1]

Paulina Lapham Keese died 13 Dec 1855 and was buried in the Quaker Cemetery in Orchard Park, Erie County, New York.

Research Notes

I question the 1789 dob in "Laphams". Husband Oliver was apparently born in 1775 and would be 14 years older; son Nathan in 1803 14 years younger. Other sources may have her dob as unknown for a reason. "Laphams" is very good but not 100% accurate or always clear. After Oliver's name it reads: "b. 1783; d. Dec. 15, 1855" which are not hIs dates according to FindaArave & may be intended to be hers.

Please note Paulina (Lapham) Keese had a niece Paulina Keese Lapham, daughter of her brother David.
