Rebecca Lapham was born to John Lapham and Mary Russell at Dartmouth, Massachusetts on 5d 8m 1707 [5 Oct 1707].[1][2]

She married Barnabas Howland, son of Benjamin Howland, on 30d 2m 1724 [30 Apr 1724].[3]


Rebecca Lapham (John, John) was born 5 Aug 1707(sic), the daughter of John and Mary Russell Lapham. She married Barnabas Howland at Dartmouth,30 Apr 1724, Barnabas was born 16 Sep 1699, the son of Benjamin & Judith (Sampson) Howland. He died 19 Feb 1773. Rebecca died 9 Jul 1736. Their children are listed as:

  1. Judith born 14 Jan 1725; married 29 Jul 1744, Joseph Russell
  2. Benjamin born 25 Jun 1727; married 1) 27 Jan 1747, Anne Briggs; 2) 28 Mar 1770, Silvester Allen Smith, widow of Levi Smith
