Research Notes
Josephte Marie looks to be their son Joseph Marie. The original baptismal record is missing from Family Search’s Collection of Québec Catholic Parish Registers. A transcribed copy of the original reads Josephte Marie, however, PRDH lists this birth for a male child, Joseph Marie Fleury. [7] There are no other records for Josephte Marie; and Joseph Marie, who is otherwise missing a baptismal record, has a bio consistent with a birth of 1765.
