Samuel Large was born ^[1] 03 Aug 1686 in Almsbury, Essex Co., Massachusetts. Samuel is the son ^[2] of Joseph Large and Elizabeth.

"In 1733, Samuel Large , Samuel Willson , John Stevenson , Edward Rockhill and Joseph King act as trustees for four acres of land for the use of the meeting , which are deeded by Jacob Doughty ."^[3]

"11 4 1754 . Samuel Large , Gershom Mott Junior and Robert Large are appointed to visit the families of Friends at Kingwood."^[4]
