Sarah probably died during the period after the birth of her last child and before there is a marriage recorded for a William Boren in North Carolina.
Research Notes
Author Kerry Boren in his book cited below, refers to her as "Sarah Elizabeth".
In his will dated, 10 April 1731,Thomas Larkin mentions only two family members. Those are his wife Elizabeth, (his 2nd or 3rd wife) and his daughter Elizabeth, who some think later married John Gresham. Mr. Gresham is also mentioned, but not as a son-in-law. Thomas' son Nicholas is thought to have died sometime after 1720.
I'm not saying that this Sarah couldn't have been a daughter of Thomas Larkin. However, until someone finds at least one good source that proves Sarah was a Larkin I think that her parentage should be marked as "Uncertain".
Sarah was born in 1702. She passed away in 1772.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:
