Biography
When Elisha Larkin was born on July 28, 1781, in Virginia, his father, Hugh, was 35 and his mother, Sarah, was 30. He married Matilda Shaw on May 17, 1813, in Frederick, Maryland. They had six children in 12 years. He died in 1830 in Clermont, Ohio, at the age of 49.
