Ida was born on 12 March 1882 in Ogdensburg.

When Ida was about 15 she married Prosper Legault in 1898 in Notre Dame church, Ogdensburg.

Ida died at the age of 80 on 21 November 1962 in Ogdensburg, NY.

Note: Mrs Ida Lago Dies, Aged 80
Mrs Ida Larose Lago, 80, of 404 Kiah St, widow of Prosper Lago, died at 1 a m Wednesday Nov 22, 1962 in Hepburn Hospital where she had been a patient for eight days.
A prayer service was held at 9 a m Friday at the Lalonde Briggs Funeral Home, followed a half hour later by a solemn funeral mass of requiem at Notre Dame Church. Burial was in Notre Dame cemetery.
Surviving are three sons, Henry, Lawrence and Adelard Lago, all of Ogdensburg: five daughters, Mrs Joseph Odile Hidy, Miami, Fla., Mrs Josephine Lagatino, Hyland NY and Mrs Lawrence Elizabeth Streeter, Mrs Leona Casino and Mrs William Bertha Wolf, all of Ogdensburg, a sister,Mrs Joseph Iona Bouchard, Ogdensburg, 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Two sons, Napolean and George Lago died several years ago.
Mrs Lago was born in Ogdensburg on March 12, 1882, a daughter of Paul and Odile Blais Larose. She was married to Prosper Lago in 1898, the ceremony being performed in Notre Dame Church. Mr Lago died Aug 31, 1947.
