Benjamin Larrabee, was a son of Stephen Larrabee, and was born in 1666. In 1716 he called his father, Stephen Larraby (sic). Benjamin married 1 Dec 1686 [1][2] at Falmouth, Cumberland, Maine to Deborah Ingersoll, d of John Ingersoll, had son Benjamin, b. 1700, who married Amy Pride b: 03 AUG 1710 in Beverly, Essex, MA. [3]

Benjamin and Deborah had the following known children:[2]

  • Deborah, m James Mills in Lynn June 28, 1714; m (2) Lt. Thos Cummings; m (3) James Donovan; m (4) John Libby Jan 9, 1755
