She married Ebenezer Libby on 19 March 1767. They had eight children, all born in Scarborough:

2. Sarah, born 18 Jun 1770; married 1st Jacob Fogg, married 2nd James Randall
3. Benjamin, born 11 Jul 1773
4. Mary, born 30 Jan 1776; died young
5. Luther, born 21 Apr 1778; died young
6. Lydia, born 6 Jul 1780; married Christopher Dyer
7. Mary, born 31 Oct 1783; married Nathaniel Blake
8. Luther, born 1 Jul 1786; married Lydia McKenney
Miriam passed away on 20 September 1833 in Scarborough, Maine.
