Elisabet was the daughter of archbishop Lorentius Petri Gothus and Margareta Larsdotter Phase. She married her sister's brother-in-law, stadtholder Axel Drake af Intorp, and together they had nine children. She died December 19, 1616, and was buried in the church of Gällstad.
