Biography

Nils Larsen was born at Arneberg nordre between 1729 and Aug 1731 as he was 42 years old in 1771[1], 57 years in 1786[2] and 68 years and some days at death[3]

He witnessed his father's estate probated 15 Mar 1753[4]

Together with his brothers and brothers-in-law let his mother keep Arneberg nordre unprobated 19 Jul 1753[5]

He and his wife bought half of Busvold from her father 14 Nov 1757[6][7]

Witnessed his father's estate probated 5 May 1762[8]

Gave contract on "føderåd" to mother-in-law 16 Nov 1763[9]

Mentioned as heir after his mother's brother Anders Nilsen Oppstad, Vang 8 May 1786[10]

Mentioned as heir after his mother's brother Thore Nilsen Oppstad 20 Jun 1786[11]

Sold the deed to Busvold to eldest son 21 Mar 1794.

He was buried 03 Sep 1799, "68 år og nogle dage".[12]

Nils Larsen Arneberg nordre, var født mellom 1729 (42 år 1771, 44 år 1773, 57 år 1786, 60 år 1789) og august 1731 (68 år ved død) som femte barn av Lars Tollefsen Arneberg og Inger Nilsdatter Opstad fra Vang.

14/11 1757 fikk Anders Halvorsen og Eli Eriksdatters eldste datter, Magnild Andersdatter Busvold og hennes mann, Nils Larsen Arneberg, skjøte på halve Busvold, dvs. 4 huder og 3 skinn hvorav 6 skinn var landsskyld tilhørende Romedal kirke, av hennes foreldre for 700 rdl.[13] Den nålevende agnatiske Busvold-ætten kan følgelig regnes tilbake til denne dato.

I årene 1770-96 finner vi at Nils Larsen var kausjonist ved ikke mindre enn 16 trolovelser i Romedal. I løpet av 1 ½ år fra 1777 til 1779 var han det 6 ganger.
