Carl Larsen Nordang was baptized 3 Apr 1785 in Hjørundfjord, the son of Lars Pedersen and Nille Knudsdatter. [1]

Carl married widow Brite Steffensdatter Nordang on 4 Jul 1819 in Hjørundfjord.[2] Their children were:

  1. Steffine Karlsdatter, born 22 Oct 1819
  2. Pernille Maria Carlsdatter, born 12 Nov 1820
  3. Steffo Carlsen, born 13 Mar 1823
  4. Nille Larentse Karlsdatter, born 17 Jun 1826
  5. Anna Martha Carlsdatter, born 30 May 1833

In 1865 Karl Larsen (age 81) was a retired man at Nordang in Hjørundfjord.[3]

He died on 4 Apr 1871 in Hjørundfjord at the age of 86.[4]
