Bernt Nicolai (Larsen) Larson migrated from Norway to United States.
Bernt Larson (Bernt Nicolai Larsen Øyehol) was born on 21 Apr 1861 in Hjørundfjord, Norway, the son of Lars Pedersen and Randi Jetmundsdatter.[1]
In 1865 Bernt Larsen (age 5) lived at Øiehol in Hjørundfjord.[2]
Bernt married Berthe Karoline Pedersdatter Viddal, daughter of Peder Larsen, on 9 Nov 1884 in Hjørundfjord.[3]
Bernt emigrated to the United States with his wife Berthe and daughter Hansine, departing from Bergen on 27 Apr 1887.[4][5]
In the 1900 census Bernt (age 39), rancher, was the married head of household in Ward, North Dakota.[6] He was listed with his wife Bertha and children Hanssen, Peter, Roy, Louis, Inga, Andrew, and Clara B.
He married for a second time to Marie Gjerde on 9 May 1909.[7]
In the 1910 census Bernt (age 49), farmer, was the married head of household in Bert, Ward, North Dakota.[8]
In the 1920 census Brent (age 58) was the married head of household in Ward, North Dakota.[9]
Bernt died on 12 Aug 1927 in Drady, Ward, North Dakota, aged 66.[10][11]
