Arne Larsen Leira was baptized on 7 Oct 1813 in Hjørundfjord, the son of Lars Olsen and Ragnhild Olsdatter.[1]
Arne moved to Borgund parish in 1841.[2]
Arne married widow Nille Cecilia Eliasdatter Solevaag, daughter of Elias Arnesen, on 27 Jun 1841 in Borgund.[3]
In 1865 Arne Larsen (age 53) was a farmer at Solevog in Borgund.[4] He lived with his wife Sisilje Eliasdatter and daughter Karoline K. Arnesdatter.
He died on 15 Dec 1871 in Borgund.[5]
