Anna (Lathrop) Warner was born in 1730 in Tolland, Tolland County, Connecticut, the son of John Lathrop (1699–1752) and Ann Thatcher (1697–1756).

Anna married Joseph Warner (1724-1788) on 31 Dec 1754 at Windham, Windham County, Connecticut. Their children were:

1. Anna Warner (1755–1755)
2. Anna Warner (1763–1825)
3. Joseph Warner, III (1765–1825)

Anna passed away in 1810 in Sudbury, Rutland County, Vermont.
