Charles was born in 1917. He is the son of Edward Lau and Sadie Smith.[1][2]

Charles E. Lau married Helen E. Barshinger. They lived in York City, York County, Pennsylvania, United States.[3]

Charles died in 1957.[4] He was buried at Greenmount Cemetery, York, York County, Pennsylvania, USA.[5]
