During the winter, the Nordic Project performed check-ins, sent as a private message from your profile. You are one of those members who has not replied, and this is a last chance to get in touch and let us know if you like to continue as member in the Nordic Project.
Please answer this comment, and get in touch by sending my Co-Leader, Missy Berryann (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Berryann-1) a private message. If we have not heard from you within a month you will be removed from the Nordic google group and your badge will be removed.
If you have not received any check-in emails, you might want to check that your email address for WikiTree is one you actually still use.
I don't know anything about a Nordic Project, so that might be why you didn't hear from me! haha.
I had been trying to find some help with my Finish ancestors, as even if I had access to Finish records I could not read them. But I have not joined any groups, or even been active over the last year on WikiTree. Life got in the way.
Thanks for the response! Chances are you were added around the time you first joined WikiTree, & just haven't been part of it since then, as you say. I'll make sure we adjust our list.
However, if you ever need any assistance with research, or reading records, don't hesitate to reach out! We know not everyone always has the time for WT, but we're always happy to help folks out, & we've got some great Finnish researchers on the team.
Congratulations on being Pre-1700 certified! Now it's time to pick a project that best fits the pre-1700 profiles you'll be working on.
Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Do you have some historically-significant ancestors? Look at the list of active projects to see if one fits your needs.
Once you find a project that interests you, visit their project page for more information and to find out how to join. You can also use the Following link to add the project tag to your profile, and you'll be kept up to date on any activity that occurs for that project.
Can't find what you're looking for? Let me know, and I can make some suggestions! :-)
You've been a member of WikiTree for about a week now so I thought I would check in to see how it's going. Have the How-Tos been helpful or left you with questions?
I want to help! Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page or send me a private message. Sometimes links don't work in emails. If that's happened to you, check the public comments on your profile. The links will work from there.

PS Good work so far! Have you noticed on ancestor profiles on bottom right is "Research" where you can get sources and more information? Give it a try!
Thanks for volunteering! You are now a full member of the WikiTree community, and can start adding your family.
Have a look at our New Member How-To page for some tips and tricks on getting started. If the link doesn't work in your e-mail, you can find it in the public comments on your profile page.
