Biography
Cecilia was born in 1871. She was the daughter of Francis Lauzau and Mary Lechien. She passed away in 1874 at age 3.
Niagara Gazette Jun 10, 1874 says that " A young girl about age 4, the daughter of Frank Lauzau, was drowned in her father's basement in Chipawa, Ont. last Wednesday."
