Biography
Hubert was born in 1873 at Walsingham, the son of Robert Law and Agnes Sparke. [1]
In 1881 he was living at The Rectory in the village of Bale, Norfolk with his parents and 2 siblings[2]
In 1891 he was residing at The Rectory, Barkham, Wokingham, Berkshire, the home of Peter Ditchfield, the Rector of Barkham Tutor, along with his brother Alexander, a Student for University[3]
In 1901 he and Alexander were boarders residing at the York Hotel, 12, Albemarle Street, London, St George Hanover Square, both were living on their own means[4]
He married Violet Marie Steuart Grossett Muirhead in 1902 at Marylebone, London[5]
Their son Thomas Alick Law was born on Tetbury in 1905[6]
Hubert and his wife divorced two years later.
I am unable to find him in the 1911 census
Hubert, (late of Hove) died on the 14th May 1936 in Westminster [7]
