At age 10, Lizzie lived in Santa Fe, Alexander County, Illinois.[2]
Lizzie married William M. Lawrence in Alexander County, Illinois, on 1887.[3] Her first son Eugene Henry was born in 1888, Flora in 1889, Bertha Ann in 1891, William Walter in 1892, and Charles Frank in 1895. In 1900, she and her family lived in Elco, Alexander County, Illinois. The census indicates she had six children, and only four survived. Flora died sometime before 1900, and one other unknown child.[4]
Lizzie died November 20, 1906 in Alexander County, Illinois. She was buried at Hargis Cemetery in Diswood, Alexander County, Illinois.[5]
