Compny Sergeant Major Albert Lawrence Died the day after being shot in the chest during WW I.
Albert was born to Sarah Lawrence when she was 20 and living with her birth family in Castle Caereinion. There is reference to the birth father being one Thomas Leach. When she married David Blockley 3 years later Albert became one of the family whilst returning his LNAB
