Sorry, but it's a different William King.
Hi Peggy,

No, your William King is some other William King.

Congratulations, you have now been a WikiTree member for over a month! Here are some further ideas to help you make the most of our site.

Beyond The Basics of WikiTree is a guide to some more advanced features of WikiTree.

If you would like to help out in other areas, the opportunities can be found at Volunteers Needed.

If you haven’t found us already, WikiTree is active on many Social Sites. We also have a blog with news of WikiTree events and further ideas from WikiTree members.

If you have any questions, I can be contacted via my profile page.

Peggy,

Bessie Ross Lockhart You are correct, she is on the left, and Mahala Milstead Ross, her mother, is on the right. I found that on FIND A GRAVE and obtained permission to post it, but you might want to reach out to the person at Findagrave...they may have more info for you.  :) Nae

Hi Peggy,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful. Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies. If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles. Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations. If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page. Hi Peggy,

Found where Bessie is NOT short for Martha (sometimes it is so I threw that out there prematurely). Clementine's last name...I don't know if you can fix that on LDS because it would have been transcribed as originally written and there is generally no correcting that anywhere, but on the profile page, where you are manager, you can correct the Last Name at Birth LNAB if you ARE the manager, so feel free (I would include the other spelling in the fields for other last names though, so it is still there for future reference...if one record is there under a different spellings, others will find it and go from there)

Did I explain everything? Let me know, if not. Nae

If you have questions regarding Gedcoms, here's the link to the GEDCOM help category:

GEDCOMS also, contact eowyn @wikitree.com as she is our expert in gedcoms. The names you mentioned do not sound familiar. Add them to wikitree if they haven't got a profile yet.

Hello,

Thank you for joining WikiTree. As a WikiTree Mentor I am available to answer any questions or help solve any issues you may be having. How is your experience with Wikitree going? Our G2G Forum is searchable or you can post a question there.

Do you have Royal Ancestors? They are already here on Wikitree! Rather than create duplicate profiles for them, please contact the EuroAristo Project to discuss connecting your family line to their profiles.

The Help Index is also an important place to find how to do most tasks.

Feel free to ask me via my profile page if you have any questions.
