Biography

Ann Lawrenson was christened on 25 May 1838 at the church of St Mary the Virgin in Prescot, Lancashire. She was the daughter of Thomas and Rachel Lawrenson. Her father's occupation was recorded as collier, and the family's address as Eccleston.

By June 6th 1841, the family was living in Eccleston. Thomas was employed as a coaler.
