Biography
Sarah Jane Lay was born in Missouri, United States in 1871 to Greenberry Lay and Martha Jane McKinney.
They lived in Cass Township, Texas County, Missouri.[1]
Sarah married James Mountville Silcox in Scott County, Tennessee in 1891.[2]
Their family resided in Scott County, Tennessee.[3][4][5]
She passed away in Caryville, Campbell County, Tennessee on 1 Feb 1938.[6]
Sarah is buried at the Lay-Silcox Cemetery in Scott County.[7]
